IF YOU PURCHASED UNITS BEFORE JANUARY 1ST 2015 - As of January 1st of 2017, 2G is not supported by AT&T. If your older 2G unit has stopped reporting you will need to upgrade your devices to 3G. For additional information on 3G units, please refer to your renewal notices from us over the last 2 years.
